Be sure to warn up before you stretch. And don’t just do static stretching! I tend to sit in center splits while I do homework and that helps a lot. Just be sure your body is WARM to avoid pulling anything :)

All of the girls in my dance are so flexible but I can’t seem to gain flexibility no matter how hard I try. I stretch everyday twice and I’m not getting anywhere. This is really hard for me.
