I REALLY suggest going to a doctor and asking about physical therapy to help strengthen the Achilles depending on how much pain you're in.. a-ballet-blog asked: For the person wanting to know how to clean pointes: you can put Calamine lotion over the dirty spots, you can also wipe it off with a dry cloth. Just make sure you never get them wet or they will change shape. Hope that helps!
